Eko Setiawan, S.P., M.Si dan Anggota: Dr. Teti Sugiarti, S.P., M.Si.rnrnSaat ini banyak sekali tujuan pariwisata yang ada di Kabupaten Bangkalan, baik dari segi alam, budaya maupun obyek wisata buatan manusia yang menjadi tempat kunjungan pariwisata, salah satunya adalah Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani. Kebun Bang Jani merupakan tempat untuk belajar pertanian sekaligus berwisata. Nilai ekonomi suatu kawasan wisata alam dihitung berdasarkan kesediaan konsumen membayar pengunjung atas manfaat wisata. Perhitungan willingness to pay pada objek wisata dilakukan untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi jasa lingkungan objek wisata serta sebagai penentu kebijakan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam di kawasan lindung/konservasi dan perbaikan lingkungan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka penulis melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Willingness to Pay (WTP) Pengunjung Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani di Desa Langkap, Kecamatan Burneh, Kabupaten Bangkalan”. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan kondisi aktual (fisik dan non fisik) aspek pengembangan Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani. (2) Mengestimasi nilai WTP pengunjung terhadap jasa lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani. (3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya nilai WTP pengunjung terhadap jasa lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis TCM dan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi WTP pengunjung. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa kondisi fisik aspek pengembangan Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani merupakan objek wisata pertama di Pulau Madura memiliki fasilitas utama berupa greenhouse, petak tanaman, spot foto, taman, serta fasilitas penunjang seperti pendopo, toilet, musholla, pusat oleh-oleh dan tempat parkir kendaraan. Selain itu kondisi non fisik Kebun Bang Jani meliputi kondisi atau lingkungan agro edu wisata, dan pentingnya keberadaan serta pemanfaatan agro edu wisata tersebut. WTP adalah sebesar Rp 8.950,00, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung bersedia membayar sejumlah uang tersebut atas jasa lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh Kebun Bang Jani. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai WTP Kebun Bang Jani diantaranya ialah variabel umur, status perkawinan, jumlah tanggungan dalam keluarga, pendidikan terakhir, pekerjaan, pendapatan, motivasi, biaya, persepsi pengunjung, dan jarak wisatawan terhadap Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani. Hal tersebut dikarenakan variabel-variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara signifikan pada nilai WTP Kebun Bang Jani. Variable motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling kuat mempengaruhi nilai WTP. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai WTP adalah variabel jenis kelamin dan jumlah rombongan.

Bang Jani Farm is a place to learn agriculture well travel. The economic value of a natural tourism area is calculated based on the willingness of consumers to pay visitors for tourist benefits. The calculation of willingness to pay at tourist objects is carried out to estimate the economic value of environmental services of tourist objects well determining policies and management of natural resources in protected/ conservation areas and environmental improvement. Based on this background, the author conducted a study entitled "Analysis of Willingness to Pay (WTP) of Bang Jani Garden Tourism Agro Edu Visitors in Langkap Village, Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency". The purpose of this research is to (1) Describe the actual conditions (physical and non-physical) aspects of the development of Bang Jani Garden Agro Edu Tourism. (2) Estimating the WTP value of visitors to environmental services produced by Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani. (3) Analyze the factors that affect the amount of WTP value of visitors to environmental services produced by Agro Edu Wisata Kebun Bang Jani. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 48 people. Data collection using questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study was TCM analysis and analysis of factors that affect WTP visitors.rnThe results of the study suggest that the physical condition of the development aspect of Agro Edu Bang Jani Garden Tourism is the first tourist attraction on Madura Island to have main facilities in the form of greenhouses, plant plots, photo spots, parks, well supporting facilities such pavilions, toilets, prayer rooms, souvenir centers and vehicle parking lots. In addition, the non-physical conditions of Bang Jani Garden include the conditions environment of agro edu tourism, and the importance of the existence and utilization of agro edu tourism. WTP is Rp 8,950.00, this shows that visitors are willing to pay this amount of money for environmental services produced by Bang Jani Garden. Factors that affect the WTP value of Bang Jani Farm include variables of age, marital status, number of dependents in the family, last education, occupation, income, motivation, cost, visitor perception, and distance of tourists to Bang Jani Farm Agro Edu Tourism. This is because these variables have a significant effect on the WTP value of Bang Jani Garden. The motivation variable is the variable that most strongly affects the WTP value. While the variables that did not significantly affect the WTP value were the variables of gender and number of groups.
