Alih fungsi lahan pertanian tidak dapat dihindari akibat laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan kebutuhan sarana prasarana untuk menunjang kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat. Alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi stadion Ratu Pamelingan di Kab. Pamekasan tidak hanya memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat tetapi juga berdampak negatif pada sektor pertanian seperti hilangnya pendapatan petani serta rusaknya ekosistem pertanian yang ada selama ini. Untuk mengetahui apakah alih fungsi lahan tersebut memberikan manfaat ekonomi atau justru sebaliknya, maka diperlukan valuasi ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai ekonomi yang hilang dan nilai ekonomi yang muncul dari alih fungsi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Tlanakan Kabupaten Pamekasan pada bulan Maret 2023, menggunakan analisis valuasi ekonomi dengan menghitung nilai manfaat ekonomi yang hilang dan nilai manfaat ekonomi yang muncul sehingga daripadanya akan diketahui nilai ekonomi total (Total Economic Value/TEV ). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa nilai ekonomi total yang hilang sebesar Rp 894.081.000 dan nilai ekonomi total yang muncul sebesar Rp 780.555.836, sehingga pembangunan stadion memiliki dampak negatif lebih besar dari dampak positifnya yaitu sebesar Rp 113.525.164.

The conversion of agricultural land functions is unavoidable due to the rate of population growth and the need for infrastructure facilities to support the community's economic and social activities. The conversion of agricultural land into the "Ratu Pamelingan" stadium in Kab. Pamekasan not only provides economic and social benefits for the community but also has a negative impact on the agricultural sector such loss of income for farmers and damage to existing agricultural ecosystems. To find out whether the land conversion provides economic benefits vice versa, an economic valuation is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the lost economic value and the economic value that arises from the transfer of functions. This research was conducted in Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency in March 2023, using economic valuation analysis by calculating the value of lost economic benefits and the value of emerging economic benefits so that the total economic value (Total Economic Value/TEV) will be known. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the total lost economic value is Rp. 894,081,000 and the total economic value that appears is Rp. 780,555,836, so that the construction of the stadium has a greater negative impact than the positive impact, which is Rp. 113,525,164.
