PT. INKA Multi Solusi merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dengan produk berupa kereta api. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dialami diantaranya yaitu keluhan yang dialami tenaga kerja akibat paparan cat semprot dan progres produksi yang berfluktuasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja dan membuat usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu work limitation questionnaire dan Time and Motion Study yang dilakukan dengan cara mengamati aktivitas kerja dan mengukur waktu kerja, kemudian menghitung waktu standar, output standar menghitung produktivitas dan membuat peta tangan kanan tangan kiri untuk mengurangi aktivitas kerja yang tidak diperlukan. Diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh kesehatan terhadap produktivitas sehingga melakukan pengukuran waktu proses pengecatan. Hasil pengukuran baku pada proses pengecatan flat top wagon sebelum usulan perbaikan adalah 2,70 jam dengan output standar 3 car/hari dengan jumlah gerakan sebanyak 20 dengan produktivitas sebesar 5,19. Proses pengecatan top coat diketahui waktu baku sebelum usulan perbaikan sebesar 8,01 jam dengan output standar 1 car/hari dengan jumlah gerakan sebanyak 11 dengan produktivitas sebesar 2,62. Setelah dilakukannya perbaikan diperoleh waktu baku yang lebih cepat menjadi 1,59 jam pada proses flat top wagon dengan jumlah gerakan menjadi 14 dan produktivitas sebesar 8,79 serta proses top coat mempunyai waktu baku sebesar 7,67 dengan output standar 2 car/hari dengan jumlah gerakan sebanyak 8 dan produktivitas meningkat sebesar 2,74.rnKata kunci: Stopwatch Time Study, Waktu Standar, Produktivitas

There are several problems experienced, including complaints experienced by workers due to exposure to spray paint and fluctuating production progress. This study aims to determine the effect of health on labor productivity and make proposals for improvements to increase labor productivity. The methods used are work limitation questionnaire and Time and Motion Study which is carried out by observing work activities and measuring work time, then calculating standard time, standard output, calculating productivity and making left-handed right-hand maps to reduce unnecessary work activities. The results of the study were obtained that there was a health influence on productivity so to measure the time of the painting process. The standard measurement result in the flat top wagon painting process before the proposed repair was 2.70 hours with a standard output of 3 cars day with 20 movements with a productivity of 5.19. The top coat painting process is known to be the standard time before the proposed repair of 8.01 hours with a standard output of 1 car day with 11 movements with a productivity of 2.62.
