Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan kerja siswa jurusan teknik komputer dan jaringan kelas XII TKJ B di SMK Darul Mustofa, Kab. Bangkalan dalam memasuki dunia kerja yang ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa yakni hasil belajar tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kesiapan siswa dan wawancara faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan siswa. Prosedur pemilihan subjek dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 9 orang, dimana perkatogori hasil belajar tinggi diambil 2 orang, hasil belajar sedang 2 orang, hasil belajar rendah 2 orang, Kepala Sekolah, Guru Wali Kelas, dan 1 orang alumni yang sudah bekerja. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian analisis kesiapan siswa smk dalam memasuki dunia kerja (studi kasus di smk darul mustofa) menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar tinggi pada faktor kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik telah memiliki kesiapan untuk masuk dunia kerja, namun pada faktor motivasi internal yang siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja meliputi indikator (kecerdasan, minat, bakat, sikap, dan fisik), dan motivasi eksternal meliputi (keluarga dan sekolah). 2) Siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar sedang pada faktor psikomotorik dan faktor motivasi internal telah memiliki kesiapan untuk masuk dunia kerja, namun pada faktor kognitif yang siap memasuki dunia kerja meliputi indikator (kemampuan umum bidang komputer dan jaringan, kemampuan mengidentifikasi peralatan komputer dan jaringan), faktor afektif meliputi (sikap, minat, konsep diri), faktor motivasi eksternal meliputi (keluarga, dan sekolah). 3) Siswa dengan hasil belajar rendah pada faktor psikomotorik telah memiliki kesiapa untuk masuk dunia kerja, namun pada faktor kognitif yang siap memasuki dunia kerja meliputi indikator (kemampuan umum bidang komputer dan jaringan), faktor afektif meliputi (sikap, dan konsep diri), faktor motivasi internal meliputi (kecerdasan, minat, sikap, dan fisik), fakyor motivasi eksternal meliputi (keluarga, dan sekolah). 4) Faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan siswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja meliputi: (a) kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Darul Mustofa, (b) belum adanya bimbingan vokasional yang siswa dapatkan, (c) prestasi belajar siswa yang minim dan sangat terbatas di internal sekolah saja, (d) sebagian siswa belum memiliki ekspektasi untuk bisa masuk dalam dunia kerja. Semua faktor tersebut menyebabkan kurangnya kesiapan siswa di SMK Darul Mustofa dalam memasuki dunia kerja.

This research aims to determine the work readiness of students majoring in computer and network engineering for class XII TKJ B at Darul Mustofa Vocational School, Kab. Bangkalan in entering the world of work in terms of student learning outcomes, namely high, medium and low learning outcomes. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through student readiness interviews and interviews with factors that influence student readiness. Subject selection using purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were 9 people, where the category of high learning outcomes was taken by 2 people, 2 people with medium learning outcomes, 2 people with low learning outcomes, the Principal, Homeroom Teacher, and 1 alumni who was already working. Test the validity of this research data using source triangulation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of the readiness of vocational high school students to enter the world of work (a case study at Darul Mustofa Vocational School) show that: 1) Students who have high learning outcomes on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor factors are ready to enter the world of work, but internal motivation factors that are ready to enter the world of work include indicators (intelligence, interests, talents, attitudes, and physique), and external motivation includes (family and school). 2) Students who have moderate learning outcomes on psychomotor factors and internal motivational factors are ready to enter the world of work, but on cognitive factors that are ready to enter the world of work include indicators (general ability in the field of computers and networks, ability to identify computer and network equipment), affective factors include (attitudes, interests, self-concept), external motivational factors include (family and school). 3) Students with low learning outcomes on psychomotor factors already have readiness to enter the world of work, but on cognitive factors that are ready to enter the world of work include indicators (general ability in the field of computers and networks), affective factors include (attitudes, and self-concept), factors internal motivation includes (intelligence, interest, attitude, and physical), external motivation factors include (family, and school). 4) Factors that affect students' readiness to enter the world of work include: (a) lack of student motivation at Darul Mustofa Vocational School, (b) there is no vocational guidance that students receive, (c) student achievement is minimal and very limited internally in the school Of course, (d) some students do not have expectations to be able to enter the world of work. All of these factors lead to a lack of readiness of students at Darul Mustofa Vocational School in entering the world of work.
