Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bertahan hidup buruh tani kelapa sawit di Desa Bukit Kerikil Kecamatan Bandar Laksamana Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari buruh tani kelapa sawit yang ada di Desa Bukit Kerikil melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa purposive sampling dan diolah dengan software Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Livelihood, Modal Sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Livelihood, Modal Fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Livelihood dan Modal Alam tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Livelihood, sedangkan Modal Finansial berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Livelihood.

This study aims to determine how to survive oil palm farm laborers in Bukit Kerikil Village, Bandar Laksamana District, Bengkalis Regency. This research was conducted quantitatively with primary data obtained directly from oil palm farm laborers in Bukit Kerikil Village through distributing questionnaires, with sampling techniques in the form of purposive sampling and processed with Smart PLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that human capital has no effect on Sustainable Livelihood, Social Capital has no effect on Sustainable Livelihood, Physical Capital has no effect on Sustainable Livelihood and Natural Capital has no effect on Sustainable Livelihood, while Financial Capital has an effect on Sustainable Livelihood.
