Dibawah bimbingan Norita Vibriyanto, S.E., M.Si.rnrn Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan TVC (Total Variabel Cost), pendapatan dan hasil limbah cair sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan konsep produksi bersih pada usaha produksi tahu di Kecamatan Pilangkenceng Kabupaten Madiun. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif,dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan TVC, perbedaan ini dipengaruhi karena adanya pergantian alat memasak, peningkatan pendapatan ini dipengaruhi oleh hasil olahan limbah yang diolah kembali sehingga memiliki nilai jual, dan tentunya hasil limbah cair yang berkurang akibat penggunaan air yang dihemat serta diolah. Penerapan produksi bersih memiliki berbagai dampak positif bagi biaya operasional, pendapatan, dan lingkungan, produksi bersih mampu mengurangi limbah dari proses produksi, sehingga membantu mengurangi polusi udara, air, dan tanah. Pengurangan limbah dan konsumsi energi dapat mengurangi biaya operasional. Penerapan produksi bersih sering kali mendorong perusahaan untuk berinovasi dan mengadopsi teknologi baru yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, produksi bersih tidak hanya berdampak positif pada pendapatan akan tetapi juga memberikan dampak jangka panjang bagi keberlangsungan lingkungan.

The research approach is quantitative, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. The data analysis technique uses a paired sample t-test. The results of the study showed that there were differences in TVC, this difference was influenced by the change in cooking equipment, this increase in income was influenced by the results of waste processing that was reprocessed so that it had a selling value, and of course the results of liquid waste were reduced due to the use of water that was saved and processed. The application of clean production has various positive impacts on operational costs, income, and the environment, clean production can reduce waste from the production process, thereby helping to reduce air, water, and soil pollution. Reducing waste and energy consumption can reduce operational costs. The application of clean production often encourages companies to innovate and adopt new technologies that are more efficient and sustainable. Overall, clean production not only has a positive impact on income but also has a long-term impact on environmental sustainability.
