Industri konveksi memainkan peran penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pakaian di masyarakat. CV. Titis Konveksi menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan penjualan pakaian seragam dengan metode simpleks dalam sistem berbasis web. Metode Linear Programming menggunakan metode simpleks digunakan untuk menentukan kombinasi produksi, mengingat keterbatasan bahan baku, mesin, dan hari kerja agar dapat mencapai keuntungan yang optimal. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan PHP untuk pengelolaan data, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan Python untuk perhitungan simpleks. Pengujian perhitungan dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil sistem dengan perhitungan manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan perangkat lunak QM for Windows V5, yang menunjukkan hasil konsisten. Kombinasi produksi optimal berupa 4.085 unit jas almamater (X3) dan 1.572 unit set baju wisuda (X4) menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp.132.001.700, sementara produk lainnya, seperti set seragam sekolah (X1) dan set seragam olahraga (X2), tidak diproduksi karena tidak memberikan kontribusi terhadap keuntungan optimal. Keuntungan faktual perusahaan sebesar Rp.102.859.000, sehingga terdapat potensi peningkatan keuntungan sebesar Rp.29.142.700 dengan penerapan strategi produksi yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, pengujian fungsionalitas dan persepsi pengguna melalui Black-box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai harapan dan diterima baik oleh pengguna. Metode simpleks terbukti efektif dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan produksi yang lebih efisien.

The garment industry plays a crucial role in meeting the clothing needs of society. CV. Titis Konveksi faces challenges in optimizing its profits. This study aims to optimize the profits from uniform sales using the simplex method within a web-based system. The Linear Programming method using the Simplex method is used to determine the optimal production combination, considering the limitations of raw materials, machines, and working days in order to achieve optimal profit. The developed system uses PHP for data management, MySQL the database, and Python for Simplex calculations. The calculation tests were conducted by comparing the system's results with manual calculations using Microsoft Excel and QM for Windows V5 software, showing consistent results. The optimal production combination of 4.085 units of almamater blazers (X3) and 1.572 units of graduation gowns sets (X4) results in a profit of IDR.132.001.700, while other products, such school uniforms sets (X1) and sports uniforms sets (X2), were not produced they did not contribute to the optimal profit. The company's actual profit is IDR.102.859.000, indicating a potential profit increase of IDR.29.142.700 with the application of a more optimal production strategy. Furthermore, functionality testing and user perception through Black-box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) show that the system works expected and is well-received by users. The Simplex method proves to be effective in assisting more efficient production decision-making.
