Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk melakukan digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan data akademik dan penelitian. Namun, pendataan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika masih dilakukan secara manual karena belum tersedia sistem informasi yang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan sistem informasi yang dirancang sebagai media pendataan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang ada di Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Waterfall. Untuk mengukur tingkat kelayakan sistem, dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010 pada aspek performance efficiency, usability, performance efficiency, dan maintainability. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi aspek functional suitability dengan hasil 100% fungsi berjalan, aspek usability sebesar 92% (kategori sangat baik), dan aspek performance efficiency dengan waktu muat halaman rata-rata 0,9 detik, dan aspek maintainability menunjukkan sistem memiliki kemampuan pemeliharaan dan pengembagan yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dan berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektivitas dalam proses pendataan dan pemetaan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat pada Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika.

The advancement of information technology has encouraged higher education institutions to digitize the management of academic and research data. However, the documentation of research and community service activities in the Informatics Education Study Program is still conducted manually due to the absence of a supporting information system. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of an information system designed a tool for documenting research and community service activities within the Informatics Education Study Program. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the Waterfall model. To assess the system’s feasibility, testing was conducted based on the ISO 25010 software quality standards, focusing on the aspects of performance efficiency, usability, and maintainability. The testing results indicate that the system fulfills the functional suitability aspect with 100% of functions operating intended, achieves 92% in usability (categorized excellent), records an average page load time of 0.9 seconds in terms of performance efficiency, and demonstrates good maintainability and extensibility.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the developed information system is feasible for use and has the potential to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the documentation and mapping processes of research and community service activities in the Informatics Education Study Program.
