Nuzulul Regita Via Arianto, Analisis Pengaruh Investasi, Belanja Daerah Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap PDRB Provinsi Jawa Timur (2020-2024). Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Tripitono Adi Prabowo, S.E., M.E. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Investasi, Belanja Daerah, dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Provinsi Jawa Timur periode 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Data Panel yang merupakan penggabungan data cross section (38 Kabupaten/Kota) dan data time series (2020–2024). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB (koefisien 0,009505), sedangkan belanja daerah berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan (koefisien –0,017281). Sementara itu, tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien terbesar (0,697198). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB, dengan kemampuan model menjelaskan variasi PDRB sebesar 99,84 persen.

Under the supervision of Dr. Tripitono Adi Prabowo, S.E., M.E.rnrnThis study aims to analyze the effect of investment, regional expenditure, and labor on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in East Java Province during the 2020–2024 period. This research employs a panel data method combining cross-section data from 38 regencies/cities and time series data from 2020 to 2024. The results indicate that investment has a positive and significant effect on GRDP (coefficient of 0.009505), while regional expenditure has a negative but insignificant effect (coefficient of –0.017281). Meanwhile, labor has a positive and significant effect with the largest coefficient (0.697198). Simultaneously, investment, regional expenditure, and labor significantly affect GRDP, with the model explaining 99.84 percent of the variation in GRDP.
