Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi layanan keuangan syariah, termasuk dalam pembayaran zakat, infak, sedekah, dan wakaf (ZISWAF) melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile. Meskipun penggunaan layanan digital terus meningkat, realisasi penghimpunan dana ZISWAF di Provinsi Jawa Timur masih belum sebanding dengan potensi yang dimiliki.Keputusan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan layanan pembayaran ZISWAF secara digital dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya kepercayaan, transparansi, dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, transparansi, dan kemudahan terhadap keputusan membayar ZISWAF melalui BSI Mobile pada masyarakat Jawa Timur.rnPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 110 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepercayaan, transparansi, dan kemudahan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan membayar ZISWAF melalui BSI Mobile.rnHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, transparansi, dan kemudahan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan membayar ZISWAF melalui BSI Mobile. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan membayar ZISWAF. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,757 menunjukkan bahwa 75,7% variasi keputusan membayar ZISWAF melalui BSI Mobile dapat dijelaskan oleh kepercayaan, transparansi, dan kemudahan, sedangkan 24,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat, transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana ZISWAF, serta kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi BSI Mobile mampu mendorong masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan layanan pembayaran ZISWAF secara digital.

The development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of Islamic financial services, including the payment of Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, and Waqf (ZISWAF) through the BSI Mobile application. Although the use of digital services continues to increase, the realization of ZISWAF fund collection in East Java Province remains below its potential. The decision of the public to utilize digital ZISWAF payment services is influenced by various factors, including trust, transparency, and ease of use. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of trust,transparency, and ease of use on the decision to pay ZISWAF through BSI Mobile among the people of East Java.rnThis study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linearregression with the assistance of IBM SPSS. The independent variables in this study consist of trust, transparency, and ease of use, while the dependent variable is the decision to pay ZISWAF through BSI Mobile.rnThe results show that trust, transparency, and ease of use each have a positive and significant partial effect on the decision to pay ZISWAF through BSI Mobile. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a positive and significant effect on the decision to pay ZISWAF through BSI Mobile. The Adjusted R-Square value of 0.757 indicates that 75.7% of the variation in the decision to pay ZISWAF through BSI Mobile can be explained by trust, transparency, and ease of use, while the remaining 24.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that increasing public trust, ensuring transparency in ZISWAF fund management, and improving the ease of use of the BSI Mobile application can encourage the public to utilize digital ZISWAF payment services.
