Pengelolaan data Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) pada Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Sumenep masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan proses pendataan, pelaporan, verifikasi, dan monitoring menjadi kurang efektif. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan pengelolaan informasi belum terintegrasi, memperlambat proses pengambilan keputusan, serta meningkatkan risiko kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Kelompok Tani Hutan berbasis web menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Prototype agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Prototype yang terdiri atas tahapan communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, deployment and feedback, serta pengembangan sistem final. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Sistem dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Conceptual Data Model (CDM), Physical Data Model (PDM), serta diimplementasikan menjadi aplikasi berbasis web. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsi sistem dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu membantu proses pengelolaan data Kelompok Tani Hutan, mulai dari pendataan KTH, pengelolaan laporan kegiatan, proses verifikasi oleh admin, hingga monitoring oleh pimpinan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan memperoleh hasil kelayakan yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat diterima serta layak digunakan sebagai pendukung pengelolaan data Kelompok Tani Hutan pada Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Sumenep. The management of Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) data at the Forestry Office of Sumenep Regency is still carried out manually, resulting in inefficient data collection, reporting, verification, and monitoring processes. This condition causes information management to be poorly integrated, delays decisionmaking, and increases the risk of data processing errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based Forest Farmer Group Information System using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Prototype model to meet user requirements. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Prototype development model, consisting of the communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, deployment and feedback, and final system development stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Conceptual Data Model (CDM), and Physical Data Model (PDM), and implemented a web-based application. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to evaluate system functionality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to measure user acceptance. The results indicate that the developed information system is capable of supporting the management of Forest Farmer Group data, including KTH registration, activity report management, administrative verification, and monitoring by management. Based on the testing results, all system functions operated according to user requirements, and the feasibility evaluation showed that the system was well accepted and suitable for supporting Forest Farmer Group data management at the Forestry Office of Sumenep Regency.
