Dibawah bimbingan Anita Carolina, S.E., M.BusAdv., AK., QIA., CA.rnPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh aset tak berwujud terhadap nilai perusahaan dan pengaruh goodwill terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan dan leverage sebagai variabel kontrol. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor industrial yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021-2025. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 31rndari total 7 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews Versi 14, dengan model terbaik yang terpilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aset tak berwujud danrngoodwill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan penambahan ukuran perusahaan dan leverage sebagai variabel kontrol. Temuan penelitian ini mendukung secara positif singaling theory yang menjelaskan bahwa pengirim informasi memberikan kondisi atau sinyal yang menggambarkan situasi menguntungkan perusahaan bagi investor, perusahaan menggunakan data untuk memberitahu investor dan pihak eksternal lainnya tentang nilai dan prospek perusahaan.rnKata kunci : Nilai perusahaan, aset tak berwujud, goodwill, sektor industrial, ukuran perusahaan dan leverage.

Dianatul Mudlia, The Influence of Intangible Assets and Goodwill on Company Value. Under the guidance of Anita Carolina, S.E., M.Bus., AK, QIA, CA.rnThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of intangible assets on firm value and goodwill on firm value, with firm size and leverage control variables. The population of this study was industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2025 period. The research sample consisted of 31 out of a total of 7 companies selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression with the help of Eviews Version 14 software, with the best model selected being the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results show that intangible assets and goodwill have a positive and significant effect on firm value, with the addition of firm size and leverage control variables. This study's findings positively support the singaling theory, which explains that information senders provide conditions signals that describe a company's favorable situation for investors.
