Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang mempunyai fungsi pokok sebagai pelaksana kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan bidang pendidikan. Semua aspek kegiatan di dalamnya harus kompleks. Salah satu pendukungnya adalah pegawai. Data pegawai merupakan data paling penting dalam suatu instansi, karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap suksesnya suatu instansi. Perancangan data pegawai harus dirancang secara efektif dan efisien. Karena menyangkut data pegawai secara keseluruhan. Sistem informasi kepegawaian ini akan menangani seluruh aspek yang berhubungan dengan pegawai mulai dari mengolah data kepangkatan, gaji, pegawai, cuti, jabatan, mutasi serta data pensiun pegawai. Sehingga data menjadi terstruktur dan rapi. Dari hasil perancangan sistem ini dapat mempermudah bagi pihak admin untuk mengolah data pegawai, sehingga dapat menyajikan sistem kepegawaian yang lebih mudah.

Employee data is the most important data within an institution, because it influences the success of an agency. The design of employee data must be designed effectively and efficiently. From the results it can facilitate the system design for the admin to process employee data, so as to present an easier staffing system.
