[ Anotasi Abstrak ]

UD. ALFIAN JAYA merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memproduksi sandal yang terletak di Sidoarjo Wedoro. Di dalam perusahaan terdapat banyak aktivitas yang bernilai tambah dan aktivitas yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah. Big picture mapping merupakan tool yang menggambarkan sistem secara keseluruhan dari value stream yang ada di dalamnya. Pada penelitian ini yang diamati adalah proses produksi sandal melalui sistem wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Pemborosan diidentifikasikan dengan waste relation matrix, kemudian dilakukan pemetaan secara detail dengan Value Stream Analysis Tool dan dianalisa akar penyebabnya. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data WRM, waste yang tertinggi adalah defect dengan bobot 6,28571. Sedangkan untuk detail mappingnya yang terpilih adalah Process Activity Mapping (35,26 %) dan Supply Chain Response Matrix (17,90 %). Untuk waktu awal pada proses produksi sandal adalah 642,66 detik, setelah perbaikan menjadi 274,89 detik, yaitu bisa mengurangi dengan selisih 353,51 detik. Untuk perbaikan hal ini, penghapusan proses inspeksi dijadikan satu dengan proses pengepakan.

UD. ALFIAN JAYA is a company in producing slippers manufactur at Sidoarjo Wedoro. In the company there are many value-added activities and there are many give non-value-added activities. Big picture mapping is a tool that describes the overall system of value stream inside. In this research is slippers production process with interviews method with the company and live observation. Identify the wastage in relation to the waste matrix, then do the mapping in detail with the Value Stream Analysis Tool and root cause analysis. Based on the results of WRM data processing, the highest waste is a defect with the weight of 6.28571. As for the details of mapping selected is Process Activity Mapping (35.26%) and Supply Chain Response Matrix (17.90%). For time production early in the slipper production process are 642,66 seconds, after repairs become to 274,89 seconds, which it can time reduce of 353,51 seconds. For repair it, removal inspection process into one with packing process
