[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan produksi pada PT.1001 Alami yang akan melakukan proses produksi berdasarkan tujuan untuk meminimasi total biaya produksi perusahaan dengan memperhatikan kendala-kendala yang meliputi ketersediaan bahan baku, jam tenaga kerja, jam kerja mesin, jumlah permintaan, dan jumlah bea cukai. Dalam meminimasi total biaya produksi rokok perusahaan menggunakan metode linear programming dan penghitungan ini digunakan bantuan software excel solver untuk menentukan analisis sensitivitas. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui akibat dari perubahan parameter-parameter kendala produksi terhadap perubahan solusi optimal produksi. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan solusi dari jumlah produksi rokok yang optimal setiap periode untuk 1001 Alami, 1001 Jagat, 1001 Global, dan 1001 revil dengan total biaya yang minimum sebesar Rp 3.201.443.408,29 pada tahun 2013. Selain itu pada kondisi optimal, terdapat sumber daya yang berlebih atau belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sehingga perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan sumber daya agar tidak ada sumber daya menganggur.

ABSTRACT This study discusses the production planning on PT.1001 Alami that will perform the production process by minimizing the total cost of production. The constraints that include the availability of raw materials, labor hours, machine hours, number of requests, and the number of custom. The minimization of the total cost cigarette company, the linear programming methods were applied. The software used the solve is excel solver for defining sensitivity analysis. Sensitivity Analysis is defining the change parameters of constraint to changes the optimal production solution. Solution obtained are the optimal number of cigarette production every period of 1001 Alami, 1001 Jagat, Global 1001, and 1001 revil with minimum total cost of 3,201,443,408.29 rupiahs at 2013 of years. In the optimal condition some resources have not been used maximally, therefore companies need to optimize the resources so there are no idle.
