Semakin menjamurnya hotel dengan keunggulan yang dimiliki masing-masing hotel yang ditawarkan kepada para pelanggan, menjadikan dunia industry hotel mengalami persaingan yang ketat. Begitupun dengan hotel Weta Internasional Hotel yang dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada semua konsumennya. Dalam system ini akan dibangun sebuah system yang akan mem-prediksi kepuasan konsumen Weta Internasional Hotel Surabaya dengan fungsi aktivasi sigmoid bipolar. Neural Network berguna untuk menghubungkan system ke dalam perilaku seperti manusia dan dengan adanya fungsi aktivasi sigmoid bipolar akan menghasilkan output dengan range [-1,1] Dengan menggunakan metode ini, tingkat akurasi data yang paling besar dipengaruhi oleh fitur fitur yang dimiliki dalam metode ini. Tingkat akurasi terbesar diperoleh dengan Hidden layer 6, Maks epoh 500, Learning rate 0.1 dan toleransi error sebesar 10-3 dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 87.20%. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk dapat memprediksikan tingkat kepuasan para konsumen kepada pihak management Weta International Hotel Surabaya dalam segi peningkatan kualitas perusahaan.
