[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Suatu desain mesin cuci piring yang telah dibuat dan diuji dalam penelitian ini. Mesin cuci piring ini memiliki ukuran dimensi panjang 150cm, lebar 98 cm dan tinggi 80 cm. Mesin ini diuji kinerjanya dengan menghitung jumlah piring yang dicuci dan lama proses pencucian. Ada 2 jenis noda yang diuji yaitu noda minyak bercampur tepung terigu dan noda kecap bercampur saus cabai. Selain itu diuji pula 3 macam proses pencucian tanpa menggunakan sabun dan proses pencucian menggunakan sabun. Efektifitas kerja mesin optimum ada pada pencucian 8 piring, 8 sendok dan 8 garpuh tanpa menggunakan sabun dan pencucian 8 piring menggunakan sabun, baik dengan noda minyak yang bercampur tepung terigu maupun noda kecap bercampur saus cabai.

A dishwasher design that has been created and tested in this study. This dishwasher has a size dimension of length 150cm, width 98 cm and height 80 cm. The engine performance is tested by calculating the number of dishes washed and the old washing process. There are 2 types of stains that tested the flour mixed with oil stains and stains soy sauce mixed with chili. Moreover tested also 3 kinds of washing process without the use of soap and washing process using soap. Effectiveness of the optimum machine for washing dishes without the use of soap 6 and 8 plates use washing soap, both with oil stains and stains of flour mixed with soy sauce mixed with chili sauce.
