PT. Tirta Mahakam disini merupakan salah satu perusahaan make to stock yang bergerak dibidang industri lantai kayu. PT. Tirta Mahakam memproduksi beragam variasi produk lantai kayu diantaranya adalah produk lantai kayu jenis red oak, walnut natural, cherry natural dan cherry cappucino. Penelitian kali ini mengenai perencanaan produksi pada PT.Tirta Mahakam yang akan melangsungkan proses produksi berdasarkan tujuan pada penelitian yaitu yang bisa memaksimalkan biaya produksi pada perusahaan dengan memperhatikan kendala-kendala yang ada seperti kendala jam tenaga mesin reguler, kendala jam tenaga kerja lembur dan jumlah permintaan. Pada persoalan tersebut dalam memaksimalkan profit pada perusahaan PT.Tirta Mahakam menggunakan metode linier programming sebagai metode pencarian solusi namun, selain menggunakan metode linier programming dibantu dengan alat bantu software excel solver untuk menentukan analisis sensitivitas. Dilakukannya analisis sensitivitas yaitu untuk mengetahui perubahan-perubahan parameter kendala produksi terhadap perubahan solusi optimal produksi. Didapatkan total biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 804783185 pada tahun 2014.

Tirta Mahakam produce the wide variety of products including wood flooring is a wood flooring product type red oak , natural walnut , cherry and natural cherry cappucino . The present study on production planning in PT.Tirta Mahakam which will sustain the production process is based on the purpose of the study is that we can maximize the company's production costs by taking into account the constraints that exist as regular engine power clock constraints , constraints overtime labor hours and the number of requests . On the issue of maximizing profit at the company PT.Tirta Mahakam using linear programming methods as methods of solution search however , other than using linear programming methods aided by software tools excel solver to determine the sensitivity analysis . The conduct of sensitivity analysis is to determine the changes in the parameters of production constraints to changes in the production of an optimal solution . Achieved total production cost of Rp . 804783185 in 2014.
