[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
ABSTRAK Fithrah Romadhon (090231100046), Analisis pengaruh jumlah penduduk, upah minimum kabupaten/kota (UMK), dan pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota terhadap pengangguran di kabupaten/kota Jawa Timur tahun 2009-2012. Di bawah bimbingan Dr. Diah Wahyuningsih, S.E., M.Si dan Andri Wijanarko, SE., M.E. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang seberapa besar pengaruh jumlah penduduk, upah minimum kabupaten/kota (UMK), dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap pengangguran kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2009-2012. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel jumlah penduduk, upah minimum kabupaten/kota (UMK), dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap pengangguran kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2009-2012. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk menunjukkan tanda positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran, variabel upah minimum kabupaten/kota (UMK) menunjukkan tanda positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran, serta variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi menunjukkan tanda negatif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran di kabupaten/kota provinsi Jawa Timur. Under the guidance of Dr. Diah Wahyuningsih, S.E., M.Si and Andri Wijanarko, S.E., M.E. This study examines How much influence the amount of population, the minimum wage counties / cities (MSEs), and economic growth toward unemployment on the district/city in the province of East Java 2009-2012. The purpose of this study is to analyzing the effect of a variable number of the population, the minimum wage counties/cities (MSEs), and economic growth toward on unemployment the district / city in the province of East Java 2009-2012. The results of this study showed that a variable number of showed population positive signs and significant effect on unemployment, the minimum wage variable districts/cities (MSEs) shows a positive sign and significant effect on unemployment, and economic growth variables shows a negative sign and significant effect on unemployment in the district/city of East Java province . Keywords : Unemployment, Population, Minimum Wage Regency/City (MSE), Economic Growth.
