Alfiya Tur Rofi’ah, Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kesempatan Kerja Di Kabupaten/Kota Pada Provinsi Jawa Timur Periode 2007-2011. Di bawah bimbingan Andri Wijanarko, S.E., M.E dan Widita Kurniasari, S.E., M.E. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kesempatan kerja meliputi, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Atas Dasar Harga Konstan, pertumbuhan penduduk dan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota riil (UMK riil) dengan menggunakan data panel yang diperoleh dari BPS Jawa Timur, Website Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi dan Penduduk (Disnakertransduk) Jawa Timur. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan variabel dependen yaitu kesempatan kerja dan variabel independen yaitu PDRB ADHK, pertumbuhan penduduk, dan UMK riil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,816264. Hasil analisis uji F sebesar 16,54866 dengan tingkat probabilitas 0,000000, sedangkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu PDRB mempenyai pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan pertumbuhan penduduk dan UMK riil tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the employment opportunities include Gross Regional Domestic Product at Constant, population growth and the Minimum Wage District/City real using panel data obtained from BPS Java east, the Department of Labor, Transmigration and Population website of East Java. The method of analysis used in this study is a panel data regression with dependent variable is employment opportunities and independent variables are Gross Regional Domestic Product at Constant, population growth and the Minimum Wage District/City real. The results show the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 0,816264. The results of the analysis of the F test with a level of 16,54866 0,000000 probability , whereas the t test showed that the independent variables are Gross Regional Domestic Product at Constant have significant effect, while the population growth and the Minimum Wage District/City real does not have a significant effect on employment.
