ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan status hutan mangrove serta menganalisis nilai ekonomi total dari pemanfaatan sumberdaya hutan mangrove di Gunung Anyar Tambak Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini studi kasus, data dianalisis dengan menghitung volume tegakan dilakukan untuk mengetahui besar dari volume kayu mangrove yang ada dan nilai ekonomi kayu. Nilai ekonomi total yang menjadi acuan adalah nilai manfaat langsung, nilai manfaat tidak langsung, nilai manfaat pilihan dan nilai manfat keberadaan. Kondisi vegetasi mangrove berdasarkan indeks nilai penting terbesar jenis Sonneratia caseolaris sebesar 83,42 dan indeks nilai penting terkecil pada jenis Avicennia alba sebesar 12,15. Status hutan mangrove Gunung Anyar Tambak berdasarkan No. 3 Tahun 2007 merupakan kawasan hutan lindung hendaknya pengelolaan kawasan hutan disesuaikan berdasarkan strategi pengelolaan yang telah ditetapkan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Nilai Ekonomi Total hutan mangrove Gunung Anyar Tambak dengan luas 15,76 ha pada saat ini adalah sebesar Rp 421.258.768,8/tahun dengan persentase nilai manfaat langsung 58,37%, nilai manfaat tidak langsung 38,66%, nilai manfaat keberadaan 2,29%, nilai manfaat pilihan 0,68%. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the condition and status of mangrove forests and analyze the total economic value of the resource utilization of mangrove forests in Gunung Anyar Tambak Surabaya.
