[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
ABSTRAK Pasokan gabah ke Bulog sangat ditentukan oleh pemasok yang ada di wilayah kerja operasi Bulog. Wilayah kerja Bulog biasanya terdapat beberapa pemasok yang karakteristiknya berbeda-beda, yang tentunya jika tidak berhati-hati akan menimbulkan kesalahan dalam pemilihan pemasok. Salah satu upaya untuk meminimalisir kesalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Metode AHP pada penelitian ini dipilih untuk mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam memilih pemasok di GBB Sukorejo Lamongan. Pada metode AHP diperlukan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan tingkat pembobotan disetiap kriteria untuk memilih alternatif pemasok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembobotan kriteria pemasok yang utama adalah kualitas dengan bobot sebesar 0.350. Hal ini sesuai dari GBB Sukorejo Lamongan ingin menghasilkan beras yang berkualitas dan memenuhi standar. Sedangkan bobot kriteria pemilihan pemasok jumlah pasokan sebesar 0.273, pengiriman sebesar 0.170, garansi sebesar 0.118 dan kondisi perusahaan sebesar 0.089. ABSTRAK Bulog's rice supply to be determined by existing suppliers in the region of Bulog operation. Bulog usually work in the region there are several suppliers of different characteristics, which of course if not careful will cause an error in the selection of suppliers. One effort to minimize these errors by using a AHP method. AHP method in this study was chosen to reduce the error rate in selecting a supplier in GBB Sukorejo Lamongan. In AHP required certain criteria and weighting of each criterion level to choose alternative suppliers. The results showed that the weighting of the criteria is the main supplier of quality with a weight of 0.350. It is suitable from Lamongan Sukorejo GBB want to produce quality rice and standards. While the weight criteria for supplier selection in supply by 0273, shipments amounted to 0.170, 0.118 and conditions of the warranty of the company for 0089.
