Skripsi ini membahas pengelolaan informasi di suatu Badan Publik dalam implementasi Undang-Undang No.14 Tahun 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan informasi di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Dalam Implementasi Undang-Undang No.14 Tahun 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. peneliti melakukan penelitian pada Sekretariat Perusahaan Pelindo III. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis data deskriptif. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pengelolaan informasi di Pelindo III dalam implementasi Undang-Undang No.14 Tahun 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Sekretariat Perusahaan sudah melakukan proses pengelolaan informasi dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya Badan Publik untuk dapat mengelolah informasi dengan baik dalam berlangsungnya Undang-Undang No.14 Tahun 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik.

This thesis discuss about the management of the information in Public Institution in the implementation of legislation number 14 of 2008 about the openness of public information. This research qims to know the information management in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) In Implementation of legislation number 14 of 2008 about the openness of public information. Researcher conducted a study on Corporate Secretary in Pelindo III. This research is qualitative research with descriptive data analysis methods. This method used to describe how information management in the implementation of Pelindo III of legislation number 14, 2008 about the openness of public information. The result of this research show that the Corporate Secretary was already doing of the information management process properly. This research suggest the importance of the public Institution to be able to manage information well in the legislation number 14 of 2008 about the openness of public information.
