Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dapat mengintegrasikan semua komponen perusahaan beserta prosesnya sehingga akan lebih mudah untuk memanajemen perusahaan tersebut. Procurement (pengadaan barang/jasa) merupakan salah satu modul ERP yang menangani pengadaan barang/jasa di perusahaan secara elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah desain aplikasi untuk mendapatkan blueprint aplikasi pada modul Procurement. Zachman Framework (ZF) merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja untuk memetakan artifak arsitektur informasi di sebuah organisasi. Dalam penerapannya, ZF mampu dideskripsikan melalui level perspektif (Planner, Owner, Designer, Builder, Implementer, dan Participant) terhadap abstraksi objek (What, How, Where, Who, When, dan Why). Pemodelan UML 2.0 digunakan sebagai standarisasi penyusunan artifak arsitektur dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan deskripsi ZF menjadi standart Model Driven Architecture. Untuk mengimplementasikan tiap artifak arsitektur pada desain perancangan yang dibuat telah dikembangkan perangkat lunak ERP Procurement yang berkualitas dengan menerapkan Model Driven Design. Dimana dari hasil pengujian sistem oleh koresponden di PT. IGLAS (Persero) didapatkan hasil penilaian kepuasan rata-rata 87,39. Sedangkan untuk penilaian cakupan fitur, sistem yang telah dikembangkan jauh lebih kompleks dengan presentase kesediaan fitur 70,37% jika dibandingkan OpenERP 7.0 yang hanya 40,74%.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) can integrate all components of the company along with the process so it will be easier to manage the company. Procurement (procurement of goods/services) is one of the modules of ERP handled the procurement of goods/services in the company electronically. Procurement alone has 3 types namely through public tender, direct appointment and the direct order. With electronic procurement that utilizes internet then steps of procurement of goods/services through the public tender would be more efficient and dynamic. Zachman Framework is a 6 x 6 matrix enterprise system modeling that can be used to make it easier to process information so that it can decide the number of information is needed and how to use it. UML (Unified Modeling Language) that in fact is a more recent modeling language arranged into the cells of the Zachman Framework can be used to plan the creation of ERP for the procurement module, so a complex design can be generated in the procurement system to be built. This research is expected to design and build software ERP web based procurement module which is integrated, so as to improve the company's performance. With the system functionality analysis is built with a Model Driven Design, resulting in an average value of test run of the company correspondent which 87,39 percentage value comparisons and is a system that is created has a feature 70.37% weighting and OpenERP 7.0 has a feature 40,74% weighting.
