Produksi emping melinjo sebagai salah satu produk unggulan di Desa Langkap perlu dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor seperti modal kerja, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku mempengaruhi hasil produksi di Desa Langkap baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh wawancara terstruktur terhadap 56 pengusaha emping melinjo yang dipilih secara metode sampling, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari referensi terkait serta penelitian sebelumnya. Data tersebut didapatkan melalui tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, interview dan referensi terkait. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa secara parsial variabel modal kerja dan bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara variabel tenaga kerja tidak mempengaruhi produksi emping melinjo. Secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh terhadap produksi melinjo. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh variable dependen sebesar 97% dan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi adalah bahan baku. Gnetum chips production as one of the flagship products at the Langkap Village need to be developed. The purpose of this research was to determine if factors such as working capital, labor, and raw material production affect the results of the production at the Langkap Village partially or both simultaneously. The data used in this research includes primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained structured interview of 56 businessmen chips gnetum selected by methods of sampling, while secondary data obtained from previous research and related references. The data obtained through the three techniques of data collection, i.e. observation, interview and reference related. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that partially variable working capital and raw material effect is positive and significant, while labor variable does not affect the production of chips gnetum. The third variable is the simultaneous effect on production of gnetum. With the conclusion that the influence the dependent variable of 97% and the most dominant variable influenced is the raw material. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.970311.
