ABSTRAK Pulau Mamburit salah satu Pulau yang memiliki potensi perikanan di Kabupaten Sumenep sehingga dibutuhkan valuasi ekonomi perikanan untuk mengetahui nilai yang dihasilkan perairan Mamburit yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan memberikan nilai kuantitatif terhadap hasil dari kegiatan perikanan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi aspek ekonomi dan nilai ekonomi perikanan di perairan Pulau Mamburit serta untuk mengetahui layak tidaknya usaha budidaya perikanan di Pulau Mamburit. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menjawab pertanyaan pada tujuan pertama dan metode manfaat langsung (direct use value) yang digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai ekonomi perikanan di perairan Pulau Mamburit serta analisis R/C Ratio untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha budidaya perikanan di Pulau Mamburit. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu aspek ekonomi perikanan di Pulau Mamburit adalah aspek budidaya perikanan dan aspek perikanan tangkap, pada tahun 2013 hasil perikanan tangkap sebesar 193,5 ton/tahun dengan nilai ekonomi Rp. 3.753.250.000-, dan aspek budidaya perikanan budidaya pada tahun 2013 menghasilkan 15 ton/tahun ikan kerapu dengan nilai ekonomi Rp. 1.500.000.000-, serta 7 ton/tahun udang lobster dengan nilai ekonomi Rp. 466.600.000-, sehingga total ekonomi yang diperoleh dari kegiatan budidaya selama 1 tahun sebesar Rp. 1.966.600.000-,. Nilai ekonomi perikanan keseluruhan Pulau Mamburit pada tahun 2013 adalah 215,5 ton/tahun dengan nilai ekonomi Rp. 5.719.850.000,-.
