ABSTRAK Fondha Mulyo Utomo, Persepsi Anggota Koperasi Sekunder PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM Atas Informasi Akuntansi Keuangan Terhadap Keberhasilan Perusahaan. Dibawah bimbingan Junaidi, S.E., M.Si., Ak.,CA Dan Emi Rahmawati, SE., M.Si. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses belajar, motivasi dan kepribadian terhadap persepsi anggota atas informasi akuntansi keuangan pada koperasi sekunder PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM. Tujuan lainnya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi anggota koperasi sekunder atas informasi akuntansi keuangan terhadap keberhasilan organisasi pada PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menitikberatkan pada pengujian hipotesis dengan alat analisis metode statistik dan menghasilkan kesimpulan yang dapat digeneralisasi. Tehnik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dan dianalisis dengan model dua jalur untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel eksogen dengan variabel antara dan hubungan antara variabel antara dengan variabel endogen. Tehnik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Dua Jalur. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh proses belajar, motivasi dan kepribadian terhadap persepsi anggota atas informasi akuntansi keuangan pada koperasi sekunder PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM. Dan hipotesis lainnya yaitu terdapatnya pengaruh persepsi anggota koperasi sekunder atas informasi akuntansi keuangan terhadap keberhasilan organisasi pada koperasi PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah proses belajar berpengaruh terhadap persepsi anggota atas informasi akuntansi keuangan pada koperasi sekunder PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM. Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap persepsi anggota atas informasi akuntansi keuangan pada koperasi sekunder PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM. Kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap persepsi anggota atas informasi akuntansi keuangan pada koperasi sekunder Puskoppolda Jatim. Persepsi anggota atas informasi akuntansi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan organisasi pada koperasi PUSKOPPOLDA JATIM.

Techniques of analysis in this study uses regression analysis Two Paths. The hypothesis of this study is that there is the influence of the learning process, motivation and personality to the perception of members on financial accounting information on secondary cooperative PUSKOPPOLDA JAVA. And the other hypothesis that the presence of a secondary influence on the perception of the cooperative members of financial accounting information to the success of the cooperative organization PUSKOPPOLDA JAVA. Conclusions research and learning process affects the perception of members on financial accounting information on secondary cooperative PUSKOPPOLDA JAVA. Motivation affects the perception of members on financial accounting information on secondary cooperative PUSKOPPOLDA JAVA. Personality affects the perception of members on financial accounting information on secondary cooperative PUSKOPPOLDA JAVA. Perception members on financial accounting information affect the success of the cooperative organization PUSKOPPOLDA JAVA.
