ABSTRAK Anak Mas Bagus Widya Dharma, analisis pengaruh program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Pelindo III dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dibawah bimbingan Dr Sutikono, S.E., M.E dan Bondan Satriawan, S.E., M.Econ. st. Program Pengembangan Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan adalah pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Polis Program kemitraan ini sangat menarik dalam hal pelaksanaan yang banyak mendapatkan tentang apakah tujuan penyediaan program CSR yang efektif dan tepat sasaran. Penelitian deskriptif dan explanatory dilakukan pada perusahaan PT. Pelindo III. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah CSR Goal / tujuan CSR (X1), CSR Issue / Masalah (X2) dan Corporate Relation Program (X3), sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) adalah kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan masyarakat hanya menunjukkan hubungan dan signifikansi Corporate Relation Program variabel. Sedangkan CSR Goal dan Issue tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Pelindo III lebih didasarkan pada keterlibatan perusahaan untuk terus berupaya dekat dengan masyarakat. Rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan (sustainable development) untuk meningkatkan Efek tujuan CSR dan tanggapnya perusahaan mengenai isu atau masalah yang berkembang di masyarakat untuk terus dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat perlu di tingkatkan lagi.

Under the guidance of Dr. Sutikono, SE, ME and Bondan Satriawan, SE, M.Econ. st. Partnership Development Program and Community Development is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs). Policy partnership program is very interesting in terms of the implementation of the much gain on whether the purpose of providing effective CSR programs and targeted. Descriptive and explanatory research conducted at PT. Pelindo III. The independent variables used is the CSR Goal (X1), CSR Issues (X2) and Corporate Relation Program (X3), while the dependent variable (Y) is the welfare of the community. The results showed that the welfare of the people only show the relationship and significance of Corporate Relations Program variables. While the variable CSR Goal and issues the company had no significant effect relationship. This shows that the implementation of CSR conducted by PT. Pelindo III is based on the involvement of the company to continue to work closely with the community. Recommendations that can be done is to use the concept of sustainable development to improve the effects of CSR objectives and the response of the company on the issues or problems that developed in the community to continue to improve the welfare of society needs to be improved further.
