Skripsi ini tentang Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Harindra Surya Sempurna Surabaya. Di bawah bimbingan Dr. H. M. Alkirom Wildan, SE.,Msi. Dan Dra, Hj.S. Anugrahini Irawati, MM. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh masalah masalah kinerja yang di pengaruhi oleh variabel independen Kompetensi dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi. Variabel yang dianalisis adalah Kompetensi, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan PT. Harindra Surya Sempurna Surabaya sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada PT. Harindra Surya Sempurna Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin dan metode Stratified Sampling. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan, dengan populasi sebanyak 121 dan sampel yang telah dihitung sebanyak 92. Untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Dari hasil penelitian dengan cara uji regresi data yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS, hasil uji regresi secara parsial Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 8,118 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai besar pengaruhnya 43,3% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai koefisien variabel Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi diatas menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5,284 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan besar pengaruhnya 26,8% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil Kompetensi dan Teknologi Informasi secara simultan dengan nilai besarnya Fhitung sebesar 68,800 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R2 59,8%. Artinya Kompetensi (X1) dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informaasi (X2), secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Teknologi Informasi, Kinerja.

Variable to be analyzed are Competency, utilization of Information Technology as independent variables and Employee Performance of the PT. Harindra Surya Sempurna, Surabaya as dependent variables. The samples and population are the overall employee in PT. Harindra Surya Sempurna, Surabaya. The study applies Slovin and Stratified Sampling method as the samples collecting technique. Data is obtained by spreading questionnaire to all employee with the number of population are 121 and the counted samples are 92. Linier regression analysis is used to answer the hypothesis. The result of study is processed by using SPSS in the term of data regression test. Regression test partially shows that Competency influences employee performance with the value of tcount is 8,118, significance is 0,000 < 0,05 and the amount effect on performance is 43,3%. The coefficient value of Utilization of Information Technology variable in tcount is 5,284 significance is 0,000 < 0,05 and the amount effect on employee performance is 26,8%. The result of Competency and Utilization of Information Technology simultaneously shows the value of Fcount is 68,800 with the significance is 0,000 < 0,05 and R2 is 59,8%. The whole value indicates that Competency (X1) and Utilization of Information Technology (X2) simultaneously influence the employee&#8217;s performance.
