Penelitian ini dilakukan di Plant BM Gresik. Plant BM Gresik merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi paving. Namun secara umum, produktivitas di lantai produksi Plant BM Gresik masih belum optimal. Pada tahun 2014 hasil produksi Plant BM menurun. Plant BM juga tidak dapat memenuhi target produksi, hal ini berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan terjadinya permasalahan produktivitas di Plant BM Gresik, namun sejauh ini belum diketahui seberapa besar tingkat produktivitasnya. Karenanya penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan pengukuran produktivitas di Plant BM Gresik. Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi penyebab permasalahan produktivitas, sehingga bisa dilakukan upaya perbaikan dimasa akan datang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Objective Matrix (OMAX). Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu: bahan baku, energi listrik, jumlah tenaga kerja, bad product, rencana produksi dan kerusakan mesin. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, semua kriteria berada pada kondisi yang cukup buruk dan perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Karena nilai pada kriteria-kriteria tersebut didominasi nilai dibawah standar awal. Peningkatan produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada periode 4 dengan nilai 0,659 dan penurunan produktivitas terendah terjadi pada periode 5 dengan nilai -0,622. Penurunan tingkat produktivitas ini disebabkan oleh faktor material, mesin, manusia, lingkungan dan metode kerja yang kurang baik.

This research was conducted in Plant BM Gresik. Plant BM Gresik is a manufacturing company that produces paving. But in general, productivity on the floor production of Plant BM Gresik is still not optimal. In 2014 production Plant BM Gresik was decreased. Plant BM Gresik can’t meet production targets, it’s different from the previous year. These conditions resulted in problems of productivity in Plant BM Gresik, but it’s unknown how much the level of productivity. Therefore this research was conducted to measure productivity in Plant BM Gresik. Then conducted identification the causes problems of productivity, so that could be done an effort to improve in the future. The method used is Objective Matrix ( OMAX ). The criteria used is: raw materials, electrical energy, the work force, bad product, plan production and damage of machine. Based on the results obtained, all criteria are at the condition of being bad enough and needs to be improved. Because the value of these criteria dominated value under standard early. The highest increase in productivity occurred in a period of 4 to the value of 0.659 and the lowest productivity decrease occurred in the period of 5 to the value of -0.622. A decrease in level of productivity is caused by a factor of material, machine, man, environment and poor working method.
