Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap harga saham dengan profitabilitas perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan return on asset (ROA) dan return on equity (ROE) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang masuk dalam perhitungan indeks Sri-Kehati periode 2011-2013 di Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu berjumlah 150 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode judgement sampling, yaitu salah satu bentuk purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria, perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat sampel penelitian adalah 75 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan menggunakan ROE, tingkat profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan menggunakan ROE berpengaruh terhadap harga saham aktual perusahaan, pengungkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks Sri-Kehati periode 2011-2013 dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening yang diproksikan dengan menggunakan ROE. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure to the stock price by the company's profitability is proxied by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the companies included in the index calculation Sri-Kehati period 2011-2013 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which amounted to 150 companies. The sampling method used is judgment sampling method, which is one form of purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, the company qualified research sample is 75 companies. The results show that the corporate social responsibility disclosure that affect the company's profitability is proxied by using the ROE, the level of profitability that is proxied by using ROE affect the company's actual stock price, the corporate social responsibility disclosure have a significant effect on stock prices of listed companies in Sri-Kehati Index period 2011-2013 with profitability as an intervening variable is proxied by using the ROE.
