Pariwisata merupakan pengembangan wilayah berkelanjutan yang berupaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal, menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, dan penggunaan sumber daya alam lokal dalam mencapai tujuannya. Bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung (wisatawa) terhadap keindahan alam kawasan Pulau Gili Labak. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) merupakan suatu konsep model multi-atribut. Metode ini mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan penawaran pasar dengan menggunakan dua kriteria yaitu atribut tingkat kepentingan dan atribut tingkat kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil nilai batas objektif kepuasan dan nilai batas objektif tingkat kepentingan wisatawan tehadap atribut-atribut turunan dari variabel di Pulau Gili Labak, yaitu nilai batas objektif kepuasan (X) yaitu 4,04 dan nilai batas objektif tingkat kepentingan (Y) sebesar 4,44. Nilai tingkat kepuasan rata-rata dianggap sangat puas oleh wisatawan dengan nilai 92% dan dari 36 atribut hanya 26 atribut yang dirasa memuaskan dengan ini 72% wisatawan merasa puas dengan objek wisata yang ada di Pulau Gili Labak.
