ABSTRAKSI Penggunaan smartphone(ponsel pintar) adalah salah satu media komunikasi sudah umum yang dijumpai dalam masyarakat di era globalisasi ini. Hubungan komunikasi dapat dilakukan dengan jarak yang tidak terbatas dengan mrnggunakan smartphone. Demikian juga m-learning bahasa korea yang sangat diperlukan untuk mempelajari bahasa korea tanpa harus memikirkan tempat dan waktu. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi m-learning bahasa korea berdasarkan GBPP/SAP Prodi Sastra Inggris Universitas Trunojoyo Madura secara offline melalui smartphone dengan mudah. Sehingga hanya dengan mengunakan smartphone, pengguna dapat mempelajari bahasa korea baik tentang huruf-huruf korea, pelafalan, sejarah-sejarah korea, video maupun text-to-speech dimana saja dan kapan saja. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Eclipse. Tahapan yang dilakukan penulis dalam melakukan proses pembangunan aplikasi m-learning bahasa korea berdasarkan GBPP/SAP Prodi Sasing korea meliputi tahapan analisis permasalahan dan kebutuhan, perancangan aplikasi dan desain antar muka aplikasi. Dan berdasarkan hasil hasil survey kelayakan penggunaan aplikasi m-learning bahasa korea mencapai hasil cukup efektif dengan prosentase 62%. ABSTRACT The use of a smartphone (smart phone) is one of the common communication media that were found in the community in this era of globalization. Communication links can be done at a distance that is not limited by mrnggunakan smartphone. Similarly, the m-learning Korean language is indispensable to learn the Korean language without having to think about the place and time. This study aims to design applications m-learning applications based /SAP Korean at English Literature Study Program SAP Trunojoyo University offline via a smartphone with ease. So just by using a smartphone, the user can learn the Korean language well on the letters korea, pronunciation, histories korea, video and text-to-speech anywhere and anytime. This application is built using Eclipse. Steps being taken author in the application development process m-learning Korean language by GBPP / SAP Prodi Sasing korea covers the stages of problem analysis and requirements, application design and user interface design of applications. And based on the results of the feasibility survey applications use m-learning Korean language is quite effective to achieve results with the percentage of 62%.
