ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dan efektifitas antara pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik dan pendekatan konstruktivisme, penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui manakah yang lebih baik antara pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik dan pendekatan konstruktivisme. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan eksperimen dengan desain True Experiment. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, sehingga sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas 1 SDN Kamal 2 yang berjumlah 42 yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok secara acak.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes, dan angket. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis uji one way anova. Hasil pengujian pada kedua pendekatan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 3,68 dengan Ftabel sebesar 3,26. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa Fhitung ≥ Ftabel, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara ketiga kelompok tersebut. Perbedaan nilai hasil belajar pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik sebesar 7,52 lebih baik dari pada pendekatan konstruktivisme, sedangkan perbedaan efektivitas pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik sebesar 9,61% lebih baik dari pendekatan konstruktivisme. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik lebih tinggi dari pada pendekatan konstruktivisme. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes and the effectiveness of learning with realistic mathematics education approach and constructivist approach, this study was also to find out which is better between the approach of realistic mathematics education and constructivism approach. The method in this research is to design experiments with True Experiment. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling, so the sample of this research is 1 grade of all student in kamal elementary school. , aggregate to 42 students and divided into three groups randomly. The data collection techniques in this study are: observation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques is used by using an test one way anova analysis. The results of testing on both approaches obtained Fcalculateof 3.68 with Ftable of 3.26. From these results it is known that Fcalculate ≥ Ftable, so it can be said that there is a difference among the three groups of learning results. The difference in the value of the learning outcomes approach realistic mathematics education of 7,52 better than on constructivism approach, whereas the difference in the effectiveness of the approach to realistic mathematics education of 9,61% better from the constructivism approaches.
