Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman stek pada berbagai konsentrasi GA3 terhadap produksi umbi kentang hitam (coleus tuberosus) penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok non factorial yaitu perendaman stek pada berbagai konsentrasi, P0 (tanpa perendaman), P1 (perendaman dengan konsentrasi 25 ppm), P2 (perendaman dengan konsentrasi 50 ppm), dan P3 (perendaman dengan konsentrasi 100 ppm). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikebun percobaan Universitas Trunojoyo Madura pada bulan Februari - Juni 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perendaman giberelin tidak berpengaruh nyata pada semua perlakuan baik pada panjang tanaman, jumlah cabang, jumlah bunga, jumlah umbi, bobot umbi, diameter umbi, volume umbi, berat akar dan berat batang dan daun. The results showed that immersion giberelin no real effect on all treatments either on the length of the plant, number of branches, number of flowers, the number of tubers, tuber weight, tuber diameter, volume bulbs, roots and the heavy weight of stems and leaves.
