Dibawah Bimbingan Dr. Chairul Anam, Drs.Ec.M.Kes dan Drs Bambang Sudarsono, M.M Perusahaan yang terus berkembang membutuhkan modal kerja yang cukup untuk membelanjai kegiatan sehari-hari, dimana dana yang telah dikeluarkan tersebut diharapkan dapat kembali masuk dalam perusahaan sebagai hasil penjualan produknya. Pertumbuhan penjualan yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya dapat menjadi indikator bahwa perusahaan mampu berkembang dan bertahan. Nilai perusahaan yang meningkat akan menunjukkan tingkat kemakmuran para pemegang saham. Dalam kenyataannya perubahan modal kerja dan penjualan perusahaan akan mengakibatkan perubahan laba bersih. Kemampuan perusahaan dalam mempertahankan laba bersih yang terus meningkat akan mampu menambah kepercayaan investor pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel efektivitas modal kerja, pertumbuhan penjualan dan nilai perusahaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap laba bersih perusahaan Farmasi di BEI periode 2010-2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BEI. Menggunakan 3 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji F bahwa efektivitas modal kerja, pertumbuhan penjualan dan nilai perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih perusahaan Farmasi pada periode 2010-2014 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,012 < 0,05, yang berarti hipotesis diterima dan uji t diketahui bahwa efektivitas modal kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih perusahaan Farmasi periode 2010-2014 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,138 > 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis tidak dapat diterima, pertumbuhan penjualan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih perusahaan Farmasi periode 2010-2014 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,530 > 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis tidak dapat diterima dan nilai perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih perusahaan Farmasi periode 2010-2014 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor lain atau situasi tertentu yang mempengaruhi perusahaan dalam kebijakan laba bersih seperti kebijakan perusahaan, fleksibilitas keuangan dan kondisi politik. Astri, The Effect of The Effectiveness of Working Capital, Sales Development, and Company&#8217;s Value on the Net Margin of Pharmacy Company at BEI in 2010-2014. Under the guidance of Dr. Chairul Anam, Drs.Ec.M.Kes and Drs. Bambang Sudarsono, M.M Company which continues to grow needs a sufficient working capital to finance the daily needs in which the using of working capital is expected to be able to return into the company as the results of the product sales. The increasing sales development in every year can be an indicator that the company can grow and stand good. The increasing company&#8217;s value will show the prosperity of the stockholders. In fact, the changing of working capital and company&#8217;s sales will be resulted in a changing of the net margin. The ability of the company to maintain the net margin which continues to rise will able to increase the investors&#8217; trust to the company. The aim of this study is to know the effect of the effectiveness of working capital, sales development, and company&#8217;s value either partially or simultaneously on the net margin of Pharmacy Companies at BEI in 2010-2014. This study is conducted as quantitative descriptive analysis by using secondary data which are obtained from BEI. This study uses 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable by using multiple liner regression. The results of F test that the effectiveness of working capital, sales development, and company&#8217;s value has a simultaneous effect on the net margin of Pharmacy Companies in 2010-2014 with significance level is 0,012 < 0,05 which means that the hypothesis is accepted and from t test, it is found that partially, the effectiveness of working capital does not give any effect on the net margin of Pharmacy Companies in 2010-2014 with significance level is 0,138 > 0,05 which means that the hypothesis cannot be accepted. Partially, sales development does not give any effect on the net margin of Pharmacy Companies in 2010-2014 with significance level is 0,530 > 0,05 which means that the hypothesis cannot be accepted and the company&#8217;s value has an effect on the net margin of Pharmacy Companies in 2010-2014 with significance level is 0,001 which means that the hypothesis is accepted. It shows that there is another factor or situation which influences the company in the policy of net margin as a policy of company, financial flexibility, and political condition.
