[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Manajemen proyek merupakan ilmu yang berkaitan dengan mengatur dan mengelola sumber daya dengan menggunakan teknik pengolahan modern untuk hasil yang ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kebutuhan waktu dan sumber daya yang diperlukan, mengetahui jalur kritis dalam proyek, menganalisis waktu penyelesaian dan biaya percepatan proyek. Penelitian inni menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT. CPM digunakan untuk merencanakan dan mengawasi proyek dengan sistem jaringan dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek. PERT (Project Evaluation and review Tchnique) adalah sebuah model ilmu manjemen untk perencanaan dan pengendalian sebuah proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini penjadwalan proyek dengan CPM dapat selesai pada tanggal 16 oktober 2015 dengan jumlah biaya pekerja sebesar Rp. 220.370.000. Sehingga proyek dapat selesai lebih cepat dengan biaya lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan penjadwalan PT. Tata Bumi Raya. Kata kunci : jalur kritis, waktu, biaya, CPM, PERT

Project management isa sciencethat is concernedwith organizing and managing resourcesby techniques to the results determined.the purposeof this study is to analyze the needs of the time and resources required, determine the critical path of the project, analyzing the timing of completion and cost of the project acceleration. This study uses a CPM (critical path method) and PERT. CPM is used to plan and supersive the project with the network system and time required to complete the project. Results of this research project scheduling with CPM can be completed on October 16, 2015 the number of labor costs Rp. 220.370.000. So that project can be completed faster with less cost that the scheduling PT. Tata Bumi Raya. Keyword : critical path, time, cost, CPM, PERT
