ABSTRAK Akhmad Syafiudin Azhar 2016, Judul Pengaruh Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Surabaya Utara, di bawah bimbingan Drs.Ec Mudji Kuswinarno, MSi dan Faidal, SE, MM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 orang responden, dan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah diduga bahwa pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan dan diduga kecerdasan intelektual mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja PT PLN (persero) distribusi Surabaya Utara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Variabel kecerdasan intelektual menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan uji t adalah thitung (5,731) > ttabel (1,66235). Dengan demikian secara parsial variabel kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan Variabel kecerdasan emosional menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan uji t adalah thitung (4,345) > ttabel (1,66235). Dengan demikian secara parsial variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel kecerdasan spiritual menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan uji t adalah thitung (4,340) > ttabel (1,66235). Dengan demikian secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan variabel independent (kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (Kinerja Karyawan). Dilihat dari ketiga variabel kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual maka nilai beta tertinggi adalah variabel kecerdasan intelektual sebesar 0,413. Hasil perhitungan regresi R = 0,958 atau 95,8 % artinya bahwa, terdapat hubungan positif dan kuat antara variabel kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan, sisanya sebesar 4,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa adjusted R square (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,915. Artinya bahwa 91,5 % kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 9,5 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Viewed from a third variable intellectual, emotional, and spiritual, the highest beta value is variable intelligence quotient of 0.413. Results of regression calculation R = 0.958 or 95.8% means that, there is a strong and positive relationship between the variables of intellectual, emotional and spiritual to the performance of employees, while the remaining 4.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study , Further note that the adjusted R-square (R2) obtained at 0.915. This means that 91.5% of employee performance can be explained by the independent variables consist of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual, while the remaining 9.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
