Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi turnover karyawan. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, karyawan sering mengalami permasalahan seperti karyawan yang tidak konsentrasi pada pekerjaan karena mengalami stres kerja, tingkat dukungan sosial yang rendah sehingga berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja(X2) terhadap turnoverkaryawan (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pabrik Bayu Bagus Bakery Nganjuk. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 56 karyawan, menggunakan metode slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui ada pengaruh negatif signifikan secara parsial kepuasan kerja terhadap turnoverkaryawan dan pengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial stres kerja terhadap turnoverkaryawan pada karyawan Pabrik Bayu Bagus Bakery Nganjuk. Berdasarkan uji t, kepuasan kerja diperoleh sig 0.004, stres kerja diperoleh sig 0.004 terhadap turnoverkaryawan< 0.05 maka H1, H2 dan H3 diterima. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada pengaruh negatif signifikan kepuasan kerja serta ada pengaruh positif signifikan stres kerja terhadap turnover karyawan pada Pabrik Bayu Bagus Bakery Nganjuk.

Work stress and work satisfaction is an important factor that can effect employee&#8217;s turnover. In carrying out the job, the employee&#8217;s often had a problem such as the employee&#8217;s that does&#8217;nt concentrate to the work because they had a work stress, low level of social support that effect work dicipline.The aim of the study is to examine the effect of work stress (X1), work satisfaction (X2), the employee&#8217;s turnover (y). Population on this study is the employee&#8217;s of Pabrik Bayu Bagus Bakery Nganjuk. Sample used in this study as many as 56 employee&#8217;s, using slovin method. Data gathering ethod using interview method and questionnaire. Data analysis with thw hwlp of spss program. Based on this study result, it is found that there is influence of negative significant partially of work satisfaction on employee&#8217;s turnover. And influence of positive significant partially of work stress on employee&#8217;s turnover of Pabrik Bayu Bagus Bakery Nganjuk. Based on t test, work satisfaction obtained sig 0,004, work stress obtained sig 0,004 on employee&#8217;s tutnover (0,05) So H1,H2, and H3 accepted. This study conclude that there is significant negative influence of work satisfaction and there is significant positive influence of work stress to employee&#8217;s turnover of Pabrik Bayu Bagus Bakery Nganjuk.
