Dalam melakukan studi kelayakan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan NPV dan IRR agar dapat mengetahui sejauh mana proyek tersebut layak direalisasikan atau tidak. Proyek pembangkit listrik di daerah kepulauan Gili Labak Kec Talangoh Kab Sumenep menggunakan beberapa alternatif baik panel surya dan turbin angin. Diketahuidari beberapa alternatf tersebut panel surya polycrystaline 1000 Wp menjadi alternatif terbaik dengan di ketahui nilai NPV > 0 dan IRR diketahui 27 % dengan menggunakan diskon faktor 14%.

In conducting the feasibility study can be done by using NPV and IRR in order to determine the extent to which the project is feasible realized or not . Power projects in the region Gili islands Labak district Sumenep Regency Talangoh use some kind of alternative cell colar and wind turbines . And from some of the colar cell alternatf polycrystaline 1000 Wp be the best alternative in the know with NPV > 0 and IRR known to 27 % by using discount factor of 14 % .
