Atribut kualitas yang sangat penting pada produksi ikan teri nasi kering adalah kadar air. PT. Marinal Indoprima dalam menentukan kadar air setelah penjemuran ikan dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan sensoris tangan seorang pakar. Penelitian ini menginginkan adanya aplikasi pendukung yang dapat menggantikan seorang pakar dalam prediksi kadar air ikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam prediksi kadar air adalah ANFIS (Adaptif Neuro-fuzzy Inference system). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi kadar air ikan teri sesuai standar sebelum proses packing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang dikembangkan dengan metode ANFIS bisa dikatakan mampu memprediksi kadar air akhir ikan teri dengan tepat, dengan jumlah rata-rata error yang dihasilkan 0.49582.

The important Attributs in rice dried anchovy quality production is the water content . PT. Marinal Indoprima in determined the water content after the drying of fish was manually, by an expert sensory hand. This study wants their supporting applications that can replace an expert in the prediction of water content of fish. The method used in the prediction of water content is ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro - Fuzzy Inference System ). The purpose of this study is to predict the water content of anchovy according to the standard before packing process . The results showed that the system was developed by ANFIS method can be said to be able to predict the final moisture content of anchovy to right, with the average number of errors generated 0.49582 .
