Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menyelesaikan kasus stock out pada PT Charoen Pokpand Indonesia Tbk Plant Krian, dimana kasus stock out pernah terjadi di tempat studi kasus, dan tempat studi kasus juga sering terjadi jam kerja lembur sehingga peneliti juga terjarik untuk menganalisa kapasitas mesin untuk melihat kapasitas sesungguhnya melalui sudut pandang kajian ilmiah. Sehingga metode yang diterapkan adalah RCCP, MRP dan RCP sehingga penelitian ini berjudul Pendekatan MRP II dan hasil yang didapat adalah Bahwa mesin mampu memenuhi permintaan sesuai tepat waktu, dan dari penerapan MRP didapatkan bahwa .Untuk menganalisa kapasitas dalam memenuhi ramalan permintaan. diterapkan metode RCCP dan dari hasil yang dikeluarkan bahwa mesin dapat memenuhi permintaan pada ketersediaan waktu yang ada perusahaan memiliki waktu sebesar 4 bulan atau 2200 jam yang tersedia untuk memenuhi permintaan di bulan Januari hingga April 2016, Berdasarkan metode CRP mesin grinding membutuhkan waktu sebesar 901 jam kerja dan mesin mixer membutuhkan waktu sebesar 279 jam kerja, karena waktu yang teresedia mencapai 2200 jam kerja sehingga dapat dikatakan target produksi dapat dipenuhi dan hasil dari penerapan metode MRP dalah berupa bahan baku yang harus dipesan dapat dilihat pada tabel output MRP.
