ABSTRAK Lelly Martha Listiyah, Pengaruh Arus Kas Bebas, Kebijakan Manajemen Keuangan, dan Growth Opportunity terhadap Nilai Perusahan pada Bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2011-2015. Di bawah bimbingan R.Gatot Heru Pranjoto, S.E., M.M dan Echsan Gani, S.E,M.Si Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas bebas, kebijakan manajemen keuangan yang terdiri dari keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan dividen, dan growth opportunity terhadap nilai perusahaan pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015, baik pengaruh secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan tanpa pengambilan sampel sehingga penelitian ini disebut dengan penelitian populasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kas bebas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan, keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. keputusan pendanaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, begitupun dengan kebijakan dividen yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Serta growth opportunity yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT Lelly Martha Listiyah, Influence of Free Cash Flows, Management Finance Decision, and Growth Opportunity on the Firm Value in the Government Bank listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. Advised by R.Gatot Heru Pranjoto, S.E.,M.M and Echsan Gani, S.E.,M.M This research aims to knowed influence of free cash flow; management finance decision that consist of investment decision, financing decision, and dividend policy; and growth opportunity on the firm value in the Government Bank listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period, either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative research that uses multiple regression analysis method. Population of this research is listed Bank Government at Indonesia Stock Exchange, without sampling method so this research called Population Study. The result of this research indicate that the free cash flows positively affects the firm value, investment decisions positively affects the firm value. Meanwhile the financing decision did not significantly affects the firm value, dividend policy did not significantly affects the firm value, and growth opportunity did not significantly affects the firm value. Simultaneous that the free cash flows, management finance decision, and growth opportunity significantly affects the firm value.
