[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
ABSTRAK Norman Satriyana, Penerapan e-procurement dalam Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa pada SKPD Pemerintah Daerah. Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Tarjo, S.E., M.Si., CFE., CPAI dan Dr. Prasetyono, S.E., M.Si. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas, efisien, dan kompetitif dalam e-procurement terhadap kecenderungan korupsi pengadaan barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik kuesioner dan pendekatan deduktif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.Penelitian inidianalisis menggunakan pendekatanpartial least squares (PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. Unit analisis analisis penelitian antara lain Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen di SKPD dan Kelompok Kerja Unit Layanan Pengadaan (Pokja ULP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dan efisien dalame-procurement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan korupsi pengadaan barang dan jasa. Sedangkan akuntabilitas dan kompetitif dalam e-procurement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan korupsi pengadaan barang dan jasa. ABSTRACT Norman Satriyana, Implementation of e-procurement in The Procurement of Goods and Services at The Local Government SKPD. Under The Guidance of Dr. Tarjo, S.E., M.Si., CFE., CPAI and Dr. Prasetyono, S.E., M.Si. The Purpose of this study to examine and analyze impact of transparency accountabillity, efficient, and competitive in the e-procurement on the trend of corruption in the procurement of goods and services. This study uses quantitative methods with questionnaire technique and deductive approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This study was analyzed using partial least squares(PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 program. Analytical units of this study consist of commitment making official (PPK) and procurement commitee (Pokja ULP). The results of this study revealed that transparency and efficient in thee-procurement no significant effect on the trend of corruption in the procurement of goods and services. Meanwhile, accountabillity and competitive in the e-procurement have significant effect on the trend of corruption in the procurement of goods and services Keywords: Transparency, Accountabillity, Efficient, Competitive, e-procurement, Procurement corruption
