ABSTRAKrnrnrnKoperasi di Indonesia dihadapkan dengan kebijakan baru pada bidang hukum, yaitu Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja. Koperasi serta UMKM sebagai salah satu penyokong yang krusial pada keberhasilan investasi. Selain itu di dalamnya juga terdapat bagian dari koperasi syariah, koperasi syariah belakangan ini juga ikut mendukung pada program pemerintah dalam rangka untuk mendukung perekonomian negara Indonesia. Koperasi syariah ternyata berpengaruh positif terhadap pelaku usaha mikro di Indonesia, terutama masyarakat menengah kecil. Sebab koperasi syariah dinilai efisien untuk membantu pengembangan usaha mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: 1) Bagaimana kedudukan Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja perihal Koperasi Syariah di Indonesia 2) Bagaimana peran Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja perihal Koperasi Syariah terhadap perkembangan Koperasi dan UMKM di Indonesia ?rnPenelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan Undang-Undang (statue approach) dan pendekatan analisis isi (content analysis). Sumber data primer yang digunakan adalah Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang perkoperasian, serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang kemudahan, perlindungan, dan pemberdayaan koperasi dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder berasal dari beberapa literatur lainnya yang membahas tentang UU Cipta Kerja, koperasi, UMKM, serta koperasi syariah.rnHasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Kedudukan Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja di Indonesia telah mendapatkan pengakuan berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Undang-Undang Nomor 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. Kemudian peraturan tentang koperasi selain ada pada Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 juga diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1992. Koperasi berdasarkn prinsip syariah sebelumnya juga diatur dalam PERMEN Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Nomor 1 yang kemudian lebih dijelaskan lagi dalam Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja tahun 2020. 2) Peran Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja perihal koperasi syariah terhadap perkembangan koperasi dan UMKM sangat signifikan terhadap perkembangan koperasi, baik koperasi simpan pinjam maupun koperasi syariah. Dengan adanya Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja adanya UU Cipta Kerja secara substansi bertujuan untuk kemudahan serta efisien terhadap koperasi. Namun peraturan yang berkaitan dengan koperasi dan UMKM juga perlu dilakukan perombakan supaya bisa menyempurnakan UU Cipta Kerja.

Besides that, it also includes a part of sharia cooperatives, sharia cooperatives recently have also supported government programs in order to support the Indonesian economy. Sharia cooperatives have a positive effect on micro-enterprises in Indonesia, especially small and medium-sized communities. Because sharia cooperatives are considered efficient to help develop their businesses. This study aims to answer the questions: 1) What is the position of the Job Creation Act regarding Sharia Cooperatives in Indonesia? 2) What is the role of the Job Creation Law regarding Sharia Cooperatives in the development of Cooperatives and UMKM in Indonesia?rnThis research is a type of library research with a status approach and content analysis approach. The primary data sources used are the Job Creation Act, Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives, and Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning the convenience, protection, and empowerment of cooperatives and micro, small, and medium enterprises. While secondary data sources come from several other literatures that discuss the Job Creation Act, cooperatives, UMKM, and sharia cooperatives.rnThe results of this study are: 1) The position of the Job Creation Act in Indonesia has received recognition based on the Constitutional Court Decision Law Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. Then the regulations regarding cooperatives, apart from being in the Job Creation Act and Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021, are also regulated in Law Number 25 of 1992. Cooperatives based on sharia principles were previously also regulated in the PERMEN of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 1 which is later explained in more detail. again in the 2020 Job Creation Law. 2) The role of the Job Creation Act regarding sharia cooperatives in the development of cooperatives and UMKM is very significant for the development of cooperatives, both savings and loan cooperatives and sharia cooperatives. With the existence of the Job Creation Act, the existence of the Job Creation Act substantially aims to facilitate and be efficient for cooperatives. However, regulations relating to cooperatives and UMKM also need to be reformed in order to complete the Job Creation Law.
