Kualitas website menjadi faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam sebuah institusi, karena merupakan gambaran dari institusi tersebut di dunia maya. Pada penelitian kali ini, pengukuran website diukur berdasarkan penggunanya menggunakan webqual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas website akademik (SIAKAD), studi kasus dilakukan pada Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Instrumen yang digunakan diadopsi dari metode Webqual 4.0 yang terdiri dari 3 variabel (bebas), yaitu usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality yang terdiri dari 22 indikator pertanyaan. Selain itu, ada satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pengguna yang diukur dengan satu pertanyaan berupa penilaian kualitas situs secara keseluruhan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah importance-performance analysis (IPA) yang akan memberikan gambaran mengenai indikator-indikator yang perlu dipertahankan ataupun perbaikan yang berdasarkan pada persepsi dan harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna website Akademik (SIAKAD) ini terdiri dari 3 jenis yaitu Administrator, Mahasiswa, Dosen. Uji reliabilitas dan validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 16. Sedangkan Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan webqual index, analisis kesenjangan, dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil perhitungan Webqual Index (WQI) yaitu 0,76 artinya Universitas Trunojoyo Madura memiliki nilai indek yang cukup tinggi. Nilai kesenjangan yang didapatkan Universitas Trunojoyo Madura menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website belum sesuai dengan harapan penggunanya, nilai kesenjangan terbesar yaitu -0,18 pada X2.2 yaitu website menyediakan informasi terpercaya dan nilai kesenjangan terkecil X2.1 yaitu website menyediakan informasi yang akurat. Dan Hasil Analisis menggunakan teknik Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) pada Kuadran II indikator yang memerlukan perbaikan dan memerlukan perhatian yang lebih karena pelayanan yang diberikan belum sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan pengguna pada kuadran II terdapat 12 atribut atribut yaitu X2.2 yaitu Interaksi dengan website jelas dan mudah dimengerti, X3.5 yaitu setelah menggunakan website membuat pengguna menjadi bagian dari civitas akademika, X1.1 yaitu website mudah untuk di pelajari dan dioperasikan, X1.2 yaitu Interaksi dengan website jelas dan mudah dimengerti, X2.4 yaitu website menyediakan informasi yang relevan, X3.3 informasi pribadi tersimpan dengan aman, X2.1 website menyediakan informasi yang akurat, X2.5 yaitu menyediakan informasi yang mudah dimengerti, X1.4 yaitu website mudah digunakan, X3.2 yaitu website memberikan rasa aman ketika melakukan kegiatan akademik, X1.8 yaitu website memberikan pengalaman positif bagi pengguna dan X3.4. yaitu website memberikan ruang untuk personalisasi pengguna.

The quality of the website is an important factor that must be considered in an institution, because it is a picture of the institution in cyberspace. In this study, website measurements were measured based on users using webqual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the academic website (SIAKAD), a case study was conducted at Trunojoyo University, Madura. The instrument used was adopted from the Webqual 4.0 method which consists of 3 (free) variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality which consists of 22 question indicators. In addition, there is one dependent variable, namely user satisfaction which is measured by one question in the form of an overall site quality assessment. The analysis technique used is importance-performance analysis (IPA) which will provide an overview of indicators that need to be maintained or improvements based on user perceptions and expectations. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to users of the Academic website (SIAKAD) consisting of 3 types, namely Administrators, Students, and Lecturers. The reliability and validity test of the instrument was carried out with the help of SPSS 16 software. While the data analysis was carried out using the webqual index, gap analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of the calculation of the Webqual Index (WQI) is 0.76, meaning that Trunojoyo University Madura has a fairly high index value. The value of the gap obtained by Trunojoyo Madura University shows that the quality of the website is not in accordance with the expectations of its users, the largest gap value is -0.18 in X2.2, namely the website provides reliable information and the smallest gap value is X2.1, namely the website provides accurate information. And the results of the analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique in Quadrant II indicators that require improvement and require more attention because the services provided are not in accordance with what users expect in quadrant II there are 12 attributes, namely X2.2, namely interaction with the website is clear and easy to understand, X3.5 is that after using the website makes users part of the academic community, X1.1 is the website is easy to learn and operate, X1.2 is the interaction with the website is clear and easy to understand, X2.4 is the website provides information relevant, X3.3 personal information is stored safely, X2.1 website provides accurate information, X2.5 provides information that is easy to understand, X1.4 is website is easy to use, X3.2 is website provides a sense of security when carrying out activities academics, X1.8 is a website that provides a positive experience for users and X3.4. ie the website provides space for user personalization.
