Berbagai kendala dan kesulitan yang dialami selama mengemban tanggung jawab atas tugas pengabdian dan tugas sebagai mahasiswa menjadi faktor pemicu tekanan atau stres bagi mahasantri pengabdian Ma’had Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Al-Amien Prenduan. Berbekal nilai-nilai religiusitas yang ditempa oleh pesantren kepada santrinya menjadi salah satu faktor untuk mengantisipasi kondisi stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas terhadap tingkat stres mahasanrtri pengabdian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling. Keseluruhan jumlah mahasantri pengabdian antara putra dan putri sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang disajikan untuk skala religiusitas dan stres berupa data ordinal dari skala likert. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS statistic 25. Alat ukur yang digunakan baik untuk skala Stres dan Religiusitas merupakan alat ukur yang peneliti susun sendiri dengan nilai reliabilitas skala Religiusitas 0,892 dan Stres 0,869. Hasil pengujian olah data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap tingkat stres dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,03 < 0,05 dengan persamaan yang diperoleh adalah Y= 75,580 (-0,132)X sehingga hipotesis diterima. Adapun nilai R square yang dihasilkan sebesar 4,5%. Nilai koefisien b pada persamaan tersebut bernilai negatif. Hal ini menunjukkan perubahan nilai yang sifatnya berbanding terbalik antara religiusitas dan variabel tingkat stres. artinya setiap kenaikan 1% nilai variabel religiusitas memengaruhi penurunan variabel stres sebesar 0,132.

Armed with the values of religiosity forged by pesantren to their students is one of the factors to anticipate stressful conditions. This study aims to determine the influence of religiosity on the stress level of service students. This study used quantitative methods with total sampling techniques. The total number of students of service between sons and daughters is 100 people. The data presented for the religiosity and stress scale are ordinal data from the Likert scale. The analysis used is a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS statistic 25. The measuring instrument used for both the Stress and Religiosity scales is a measuring instrument that the researchers compiled themselves with a reliability value of the Religiosity scale of 0.892 and Stress of 0.869. The results of data processing testing show that there is an effect of religiosity on stress levels with the significance value obtained is 0.03 < 0.05 with the equation obtained is Y 75.580 (-0.132)X so that hypotesis is accepted. The resulting R square value is 4.5%. The value of the coefficient b in the equation is negative. This shows changes in values that are inversely proportional between religiosity and variable stress levels. This means that every 1% increase in the value of the religiosity variable affects the decrease in the stress variable by 0.132.
