Rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) merupakan kepiting laut yang banyak terdapat di Perairan Indonesia Rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) hidup di substrat berpasir, pasir berlumpur dan berkarang, serta berenang dari dekat permukaan laut (sekitar 1 m) sampai kedalaman perairan 65 m. Desa Kaduarah Timur Kecamatan Pragaan dan Desa Aeng Dake Kecamatan Bluto Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan salah satu daerah yang mejadi tempat habitat rajungan. Kedua desa merupakan desa berbatasan langsung dengan Selat Madura dan Laut Jawa yang merupakan tempat habitat rajungan (Portunus pelagicus). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ukuran rajungan dari masing-masing alat tangkap dan mengetahui hubungan lebar karapas dan berat tubuh rajungan dari hasil tangkapan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Data Deskriptif Kuantitatif dan Analisis data lebar karapas dan berat rajungan rajungan menggunakan RLS (Regresi Linier Sederhana). Sedangkan untuk substrat menggunakan Analisa Substrat Kering dan Basah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rajungan hasil tangkapan di Kecamatan Pragaan dan Kecamatan Bluto menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar lebar karapas maka akan semakin tinggi berat tubuh rajungan. Keragaman ukuran rajungan yang tertangkap di Kecamatan Pragaan cenderung lebih tinggi daripada Kecamatan Bluto.
