Skripsi yang berjudul “Tinjauan Fiqh Muamalah Terhadap Praktek Jual Beli Oleh Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa (Studi Kasus di SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan)”. Transaksi jual beli yang dilakukan keseluruhan siswa yang bersekolah di SDLB Keleyan tanpa pengawasan dari orang tuanya melihat siswa yang bersekolah di SDLB Keleyan tersebut mayoritas siswa yang cacat fisik. Masalah yang dikaji dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana praktek jual beli yang terjadi di lingkungan SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan dengan ditinjau dari Fiqh Muamalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif, bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan empiris dan normatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi tentang praktek jual beli oleh siswa di SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan. Setelah semua data terkumpul, selanjutnya disimpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori jual beli. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa, dalam praktek jual beli yang dilakukan oleh siswa di SDLB Keleyan Socah terjadi setiap hari pada jam istirahat dan yang bertindak sebagai pembeli yaitu siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori anak kecil yang cacat fisik, walaupun pada saat melakukan transaksi jual beli tidak didampingi oleh pihak wali akan tetapi mereka menggunakan bahasa isyarat yang bisa dimengerti oleh penjual dan barang yang dibelinya merupakan barang yang harganya sepele. Sehingga dalam tinjauan Fiqh Muamalah praktek jual beli yang dilakukan oleh siswa di SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan diperbolehkan karena memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam jual beli.

The thesis wich is entitled “Tinjauan Fiqh Muamalah Terhadap Praktek Jual Beli Oleh Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa (Studi Kasus di SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan)”. The transactions are done overall students that attend school in SDLB (the greatest of elementary school) Keleyan without the supervision of his parents see the students who went to school in SDLB Keleyan the majority of students who are physically disabled. The problem examined in this thesis is how the practice of the transactions that occurs in the environment SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan of Fiqh Muamalah. Research methods used in this research is a field research methods are qualitative, descriptive nature of the analytical approach to empirical and normative. The source of data of this research in the form of primary data and secondary data by the method of data collection in the form of a method of observation, interview and documentation methods method about the practice of transaction by students in SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan. After all of the data is collected, the next it was concluded then analyzed using the theory. The results of this research is the practice of transaction is done by students in SDLB, in every day of keleyan in Socah at recess and which acts as the buyer i.e. students who are included in the category of young children who are physically disabled, although at the time of transaction is not accompanied by the trustee but they use sign language that can be understood by the seller and the things is not high price. So in review Fiqh Muamalah -the practice of transaction is done by students in SDLB Keleyan Socah Bangkalan is allowed because it meets the tenets and terms in the selling.
